What Causes Throat Pain When Addicted To Red Wine?

I have had triple bypass 3 yrs ago. I retired. I am 64 and fit. The last 6 mo. I gave up carbs. Dropped 34 lbs. I am 250 again. What I was after cardiac rehab. The other thing, I drink too much red wine. I was nearly a bottle a day. Lunch and dinner. A week ago I decided to stop. Now I am getting throbbing in my throat. Sometime after eating, sometime not. What. I also have asthma and active sinus. This winter very active. Sneezing, running eyes. What do you think. Continue to avoid alcohol.

HI
Well come to HCM
If you have reduce the calorie then this is very good, you can have a wine but it should be in limit, cardiac rehab is very good idea there you would be instructed how much alcohol you can have and in which form, rest of the other symptoms would be nothing to worry, because these are not related with cardiac disease, hope this information helps, take care.
