What Causes Throat Pain While Running?

i was just trying to do some research about what my being causing my pain in the sides of my throat sometimes when I'm running. It almost feels like little tubes alongside my throat that feel cold / pressure...not all the time, but way more than i would care for.

Here nothing seem much serious ...

Get your posterior pharynx examination and lymph node palpation....

It might be tonsilitis or reactive lymph node enlargement ...

Salt water gargles done and more water taken ..
Excess spicy food avoided ...

You have no other symptoms , so no need for much worry ...

Consult ENT surgeon for examination ....
