What Causes Throat Pain While Swallowing?

Throat hurts when I swallow mainly on the right side, I have a mild fever that comes and goes, fever worsens after about 10pm, I've had these symptoms for 5 days and don't seem to get any better, the pain is tolerable but uncomfortable should I see a doctor?

Hello

Yes , you should meet your doctor , as one sided pain may be due to a foreign body , ulcer or an infection and you have to be examined to rule these out. please dont ignore your complaints and meet your doctor for examination. meanwhile you can start gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day, it will help.

Thanks
