Hi, I have a dull pain in my throat (near the bottom of my right tonsil). I have chronic tonsilitis, but my right tonsil seems bigger than usual. Additionally, I have pain in my lower jaw. These pains are exacerbated when I breathe deeply. What is going on with my body?g

Hello

There can be two reasons for your pain , either you are having an infection of your tonsils or you may be having a tooth infection/caries , either way , it is advisable to meet your ent doctor for confirming this and further treatment.
