General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your short history of sensitive to cold teeth, nasal blockage and main question of throat pain.
The tooth sensitivity will be tacked by a Dentist by applying caps or so.
The nasal blockage can be due to many a reasons as follows:
Deviated nasal septum.
Enlarged turbinates.
Polyposis.
This can be diagnosed by Nasal endoscopy and CT scan of nose with sinuses.
The postnasal discharge can cause throat irritation and pain.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and get treated as per the cause found.
Consult Dentist for dental problems.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
