What Causes Throat Pain,white Spot On Tonsil And Tension Headache?

Hello, I have been having could like syphtoms since Tuesday - Tuesday/Wednesday bad tension headache, Thursday right tonsil started to hurt with my throat(one white spot on tonsil, with pain while swallowing) gum around my last bottom tooth on the right side also became swollen, red and it looks like it is coming of my tooth and this continues. Do I need to go and visit GP or dentist. I would appreciate any advise. Regards Kamila

helloo..kamila....read thru ur query..accordingly i must say that it can be due to stress and tension..resulting in illness...but dont worry...first of all i must say that u should reduce ur tension at office or at home or any personal...practice excercise and yoga..try meditation daily for 10-20mins..then regarding infection..do warm saltwater gargle as many times as possible..after brushing ur teeth do tongue scraping(reduces a load of microbes infwcting the tonsil).use chlorhexidine mouthwash...these all can reduce the symptoms of this infection..but cause can be found out based on clinical condition..for that u have to meet an entsurgeon..talk with him...get medication(antibiotics)..practice yoga and meditation..do brreathing excercise(pranayama)..make ur mind cool and calm...cool mind and happy face with a smile can be the best cure to all diseases...hope ur benefitted something from this reply..have a healthy day!!!
