A week ago I started to feel a bit under the weather but I know I get summer allergies so I didn t think anything of it. Then in the begining of this week I woke up and my tonsils were so swollen and sore it hurt to breath and they had white spots all over them. So I automatically assumed strep so I went to the doctor and they said my strep test came back negative. Then they started to think I had mono so they tested me for that. I assumed then that it was mono but of course no it wasn t. I got my test results back and everything they tested for appeared to be negative. What do I do? My throat is still sore and swollen and has the white spots. Its very hard to eat solids it hurts to swallow. I told my doctor all of this and they didnt seem to concerned but I am.
