What Causes Throat Tightness And Drop In Heart Rate?
I have throat tightness for 2-3 weeks. No chest pain. Saturday I rode a bike race with no problems. Today I went riding for the 1st time since the race and every time a gave an effort my heart rate would drop, sometimes to the 80 s or 90 s. I usually ride my base miles in the low 130 s

Nothing to worry.......take voice rest as much as possible.......give steam inhalation with vapocap like sunarest/karvol plus at morning before work......avoid cold drink specially mid/late night......if problem persist then you may need to visit ent surgeon for proper laryngeal examination. ....hope u get well soon
