What Causes Throat Tightness, Odd Feeling Under Tongue, Nausea And Right Arm Pain?

I have bee experiencing throat tightness, no swallowing issues, tongue feels weird on the underside, right arm aches or feels heavy from neck to fingers, some feeling like I want to throw up, an headache. Comes on suddenly will last for about 30-40 mins 2 -3 times a day for the past couple weeks.

these are symptoms of improper digestion Samata according to Ayurveda. reduce food quantity to approx half for three days. avoid sweets, cold beverages, etc.
