Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain it seems that due to fall there has been injury to the right side of face there has been injury to the branches of trigeminal nerve which has a sensory supply to the face and injury can lead to numbness over the face and chin on the affected side..
The injury can be transient and there can be complete returning of sensations as the nerve fibres get healed but the time duration for healing is unpredictable and can take from a few days to months and even years for complete recovery..
You should do warm compresses over the affected side and take a multivitamin tablet daily..
In case even after two to three months also there is no improvement you should consult a Neurophysician and a 3D MRI SCAN can help in ruling out the cause of numbness..
For throbbing in foot you need to get evaluated by a Orthopedician and get an x ray done to rule out whether it is a bony fracture or only soft tissue injury and get treated accordingly..
If pain does not subside with Ibuprofen a higher painkiller like Tramadol can be taken..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
