What Causes Throbbing In Head After Carrying Heavy Weight?

strain myself carrying a heavy box ever since than i have had throbbing in my head but it comes at any stage, it really hurts, even after i do my exercises, this never happened before until i strain myself to carry this heavy box. What could be the damage to my body?
