Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of throbbing noise in ear which is because of ear infection and sometimes infection remain persistent and gives symptoms of ear pain and otitis media.
Need not to worry. You should apply warm dry compresses to external ear. Do warm saline gargles and take steam twice a day. Avoid inserting sharp instrument in ear canal and maintain complete cleanliness. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine your ear with otoscope and may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin) at least for 10 days along with anti inflammatory medications.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
