What Causes Throbbing Pain In The Head While Sleeping?

Hello, I m not sure if this works but i just wanted to check. I had a very strange sort of head ache last night while trying to sleep. I had an achey head ache anyway probably from being tired, and then i had a throbbing headache at the front of my head, and then it felt like my brain was flipping over and over in my head along with a dull ache and this went on for some time and settled down after a while but i was concerned as i have never had this before

Common Signs and Symptoms. Alarm clock headaches only occur while sleeping and never start while you are awake. They are more common in the middle of the night, typically between 1-3 am. The pain is felt on one side or both sides of the head, and is either a dull or throbbing pain.
Hypnic headaches occur exclusively at night, waking you from your sleep at the same time, usually between 1 and 3 am. Indeed this condition has the nick name “alarm clock headache”. The pain can be unilateral (on one side of the head) or bilateral (on both sides of the head).
IRIS QUADRIFOLIA 200 IS HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE.
The headaches of Iris are also preceded or accompanied by dimness of vision or other changes in eyesight. The pain is felt in one side of the forehead, particularly the right side. Nausea and vomiting ensue, and the headache is worse after the vomiting. The pain is made better by walking in the open air.
