What Causes Throbbing Pain In Thigh And Inside Curve Of Foot?

I have a throbbing pain on the front of my thigh and it goes down to the back of my thigh by the posterior of my knee. i also have this pain on the inside curve of my foot. This is all on my left leg. could it be low circulation? if not then what else could it be?
