What Causes Throbbing Pain On Back Of Head?

For the last three days, I have had this throbbing jabbing pain on my left back side of my head. It does not seem to go away. I have taken advil a times and only once did it stop. I have had these before in the past but not in the same place. I did tell my doctor about it but he said nothing to be worried about cause it is not in the same area all the time. I really appreciate your concern, such headache could be due to tension and this is called tension headache, try "Tab Acetaminophen with Chlordiazepoxide" low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
