Hello,
welcome to health care magic,

Throbbing pain on the right side of back with nausea, lightheadness during periods could be dysmenorrhea which is not uncoomon in girls.

You should take over the counter pain killers (ibuprofen 400 or paracetamol 500 mg) with anti-emetics (ondasetron 16 mg) and anti-histamines like cinnarizine 25 mg to get rid off pain and lightheadness.

Also,go for routine blood works and check your hemoglobin level in blood.

If there is low hemoglobin level then you should take,

Renerve plus injection which contains vitamin B12. You may take that injection if she has vitamin B12 deficiency anemia or as a vitamin B12 supplement.

Renerve plus 1 ampules containing 1500 mcg) to be taken intramuscularly once weekly for minimum 4 to 5 dosage initially followed by oral vitamin b12.

It will help to increase hemoglobin and for painful menstrual bleeding, she should take over the counter pain killer like ibuprofen 400 mg three time daily.

Consult your doctor or gynecologist for further advise.

Wish you a very good health.

Regards,
