What Causes Tickling In Throat Post Bronchitis Treatment?

I had bronchitis for about 3 weeks. After antibiotics and allowing it to work itself out, it has gone away and I feel fine. But, I still occasionally get a tickle in my throat which has caused a heavy cough and wheezing. This happens maybe 2 or 3 times a day. Is this a lingering or lasting effect?

Hello ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic .

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as tickle in throat and cough, wheezing is concerned his can be due to cold or due to sore throat . For this I will suggest you to consult ENT surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation . Inmeantime do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Allegra by consulting with local doctor .

Hope this will help you .
