What Causes Tickling Sensation Inside The Stomach?

I have a ticklish sensation from the inside of my stomach, the stomach itself, as well as bloating, distention, poor assimilation and indigestion (floating stools with indigested food). There is no pain, cramps, nausea. But huge discomfort because of constantly feeling the symptoms... thank you

There are many possible causes but most commonly this is seen in IBS or food allergy so you need to do food allergy testing and change your diet. If there is no improvement you should do colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel diseases which may manifest on this way.
