What Causes Tight And Sore Neck Along With Blocked Ears?

hello, ive had a tight/sore neck for around a year now and I ve been to the chiropractor and masseuse quite a few times, i live in a super stressful house hold and completely my final year of secondary school, so I m not sure if its just stress but anyway, I ve been getting pressure/blocked ears a couple times a day and i was wondering who i should see? a chiropractor an osteo or the physio? also what are some exercises i could do in the mean time?
