What Causes Tight, Blurry And Painful Vision With Dry Eyes?

Wondering if my eye symptoms are being caused from anxiety! I have slightly dry eyes! My vision feels tight, blurry and painful. Came off of effexor approximately 3 years ago! Eye symptoms started two years ago! Am taking Rameron to help sleep but it is not helping eye symptoms! Have been through a very stressful couple of years with a sick daughter

test for dry eye strip test or gofor pjogrens syndrome inwhich all secreation are depressed. have to use refresh eye teardrop or you have to go for surgically occlude the punctum so that there is accumulation of tear in sac and dry eye is compensated if there is requirement dacro cysto rhinostomy can be done at time prolonged use of contact lens and excessive computer veiweing and TV can cause dry eye for stayering look and diminishing tear film spread. this should be diminished and take break and look out side and blink. can use antiglarescreen and specs.
