What Causes Tight Feeling In Nose Along With Nose Bleed?

My nose feels tight inside and feels like it has scabs here and there. There is a little blood on the tissue from each nostril when I blow my nose. I have been putting Vicks inside my nostrils before bedtime which seems to feel better by morning, but the same issues continue each day.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, greetings! Thanks for your query. You seem to be suffering from a condition called atrophic rhinitis. This condition is caused by thininng and drying of membranes of the nose. The dryness leads to bleeding and formation of crusts in the nose. This maybe caused due to Vitamin D deficiency, bacterial or viral infections. Treatment includes normal saline nasal drops and local antibiotic drops. I suggest you see a local ENT specialist, who can prescribe you the same.
