What Causes Tight Sensation In The Abdomen Along With Body Ache?

My husband has been complaining of a very tight stomach feeling for a couple days, then achiness started all over. Today an all over itching with sparse red rashy bumps started. Now this evening he has chills and a fever of 102. He is finally sleeping, but I am concerned what virus may be causing these apparently random symptoms?

It seems that your husband is suffering from an infection which might well be typhoid i would suggest you to visit your doctor so that evaluation can be done rash can not be commented on without examination.. till then tylenol and ample fluids are advised.
