What Causes Tight Sensation In The Chest And Throat?

HI - I just got my blood pressure checked as have been feeling like I m not getting enough oxygen into my body. I have slight tightness in my chest and throat and my blood pressure was 106/78 which I know is low. I m a 61 year old female and eat healthily and am in the fitness industry. I had chemo and radiation to my chest 20years ago for breast cancer

You are having slightly lower blood pressure.
This can be the cause for your chest tightness.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Once your blood pressure is normal, you will be alright.
