What Causes Tight Sensation In The Upper Body After Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy yesterday. I had to be intubated because I asperated during procedure. However. I have a tightness (sorness) in my upper body front and back and have been coughing up brown plhem ( mucus) every so often. The pressure of the cough or sneeze or even getting up from sitting down can be a bother. What do you think it might be?

insertion during general anesthesia )
@ Recovers within 48-72 hrs , you can have help of
gargles with salted lukewarm water 6 hourly to get fast results
