What Causes Tight Sensation On Lower Left Side Of The Abdomen?
i am having odd sensations in my lower left abdomen, about navel level. At time I feel as though I have a tight girdle on pressure and lately, I have what feels like spasms reminding me of the sensation I had when pregnant and the baby would move. I am not constipated, my BM are normal. What could this be? Should I be concerned?

You should get assessed for ureteric stone. For this, you should undergo an ultrasound abdomen and urine complete test to rule out stone and urine infection.
