What Causes Tight Vaginal Skin?

21,sexually active-for the past few months intercourse has become painful and i feel as if my vagina tightens up before. the outer skin on my vagina has been peeling and every time i pee after intercourse only, it burns. my husband and i are both std free and practice good hygiene, what could be wrong with me?
