What Causes Tightening Around Shoulder And Chest/armpit Pain After Having I.V. Fluids?

I recieved I.V. fluidsbecause I was dehydrated about a week and a half ago. First pain was running up my arm and tightining around my right shoulderlike a grabbing pain, but now pain is in my right chest and armpit? Could this be something wrong or is it going to pass?
