What Causes Tightness And Choking Sensation In Throat While Suffering From Sinusitis?

Hi for around four days now i have been experiencing tightness in my throat. It feels like there is something stuck in my throat. This symptom is increased while lying down to rest/sleep. I have no known allergies but I do have sinusitis. I re ently had the cold for anout a week when this came on. Thank you.

Tightness in throat associated with something stuck in throat can be due to enlarged tonsils. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and thus management.
