What Causes Tightness And Pain In Chest And Sore Throat?
Hi my chest is so tight and my throat is really sore, I can t cough as it is extremely painful in my upper chest area and I have an itchy feeling inside my skin like its in my lungs, I feel really ill and achy, what could it be. I m worried as I m losing my breath really easily if I walk or stand too much thanks in advance

It is a viral infection of the airways, probably a viral bronchitis.
Take steam inhalations 3 times daily.
Gargle with warm water and put a disprin tablet in it every time you gargle.
Take Wikoryl-L tablets 3 times daily.
If not better still, see a physician after 3 days
