What Causes Tightness And Pain In The Left Scrotum?

Since past one week I am having a tightness in my left scrotum and a slow gnawing type of pain starts and radiates towards my groin region when I stand for more than one hour and subsides when I sit down.... What can be the probable etiology and is there anything to worry?

Understand your concern.
It could be due to varicocele, Epididymitis, and orchitis
You should consult the surgeon and do following test:
Blood: CBC, ESR, STD screening, USG
Proper treatment will depend on the diagnosis.
Meanwhile take tablet diclofenac, take rest, wear pure cotton loose inners,Avoid heavy weight lifting, Wear supporting device that support the scrotum, warm pad application and warm bath.
