What Causes Tightness And Pain In The Throat?

For a week now I have been waking up with a tight throat. It gets better through out the day but is ALWAYS tighter than it should be. Doesn t feel natural at all. Losing my voice easy, and it hurts to project loudly (I am a teacher and have to sometimes raise my voice for the kids to hear). I am on my fourth month of accutane. Im wondering if this is the cause ?

Hello,my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.Accutane may cause as a side effect:
difficulty breathing
difficulty speaking
difficulty swallowing
dryness of the mouth or nose
So one of the causes can be the use of accutane.In case yhe situation gets worse you should interrupt the use of accutane and consult your dermatologyst.
