What Causes Tightness And Soreness In Chest With Difficulty In Breathing?

i have been having tightness and soreness in my chest and trouble breathing for about a month now, ive been extremely tire and weak too. i had some blood work done and i have a low rbc count, low wbc count, low neutrophils, and very low alkakine phosphatase. my thyroid, liver, kidneys and all that came back fine. why could this possiblly be? ive been searching everywhere.
