What Causes Tightness And Soreness In Tendons Of Fingers?

i ride a motorbike and lately when i wake up in the morning all the tendons in my fingers are tight and sore and i cant bend them but after a few attempts they start to easy off, any ideas..? why would this suddenly start and is it something i should be worried about..?
