What Causes Tightness And Soreness In The Arm?

It feels like there is a Turnock it around my entire right arm. It relieves the tightness and soreness and tingling to raise my arm but is soon as I lower it even to level relaxed position it begins to feel that way again. I will be seeing my doctor in about a week for monthly follow up History hypertension, heart attack, congestive heart failure her, cardiac arterial disease, in stage COPD. Can this wait for a week?

Hi please take an anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen with a muscle relaxant till you see your doctor. If due to muscle pull or strain--it will get better--regards
