What Causes Tightness And Soreness In The Knee?

Hi, I was just doing the splits on my right leg and i went further then normal and i heard a loud tearing popping sound. I immediately freaked out and pulled out of the splits. My leg is now sore and tight in my hammy and also the back of my knee. What do I do?

Hi, I think you have got some tear in the ligament. Consult a orthopaedic. You can take some pain killers. Xray might be needed. Hope I have answered your question.
