What Causes Tightness And Tingling In Adam S Apple?

My brother has a swallowing problem and he makes a clicking noise to swallow food. I get paranoid that I might have the problem as well. It started out as a lump in my throat by my Adams apple and I had to do the clicking noise to clear it. This is not while I m eating. Now, my Adam s apple feels full and painful and I feel as though there is a big lump in my throat. My Adams apple feels tight and tingly when I breathe in. I don t know if I m paranoid or if I should go get checked out. Thank you.

Hi, if you are feeling like a lump and swelling in thyroid gland you need to get checked by a physician to rule out any pathology. thinking that you are a paranoid is just something making you weak with a decreased self confidence. go to a doctor and get it examined to clear out your mind.
