What Causes Tightness Behind The Ears And Neck While Walking?

I get a tightness behind the ears and neck when I am walking. It started when my husband passed away in 1994 but have had it on and off ever since.

I am 74 years old. Take tablets for Blood pressure [Lisinopril 10mg] Cholestrol [Simvastatin 40mg]Hiatus Hernia [Omeprazole 20mg] and suffer with arthritis. I have recently been diagnosed with diabetis, but no treatment, just to lose weight. I am 5ft 2 and weigh 12stone 4lbs.

Apart from these problems I am quite active and young for my age.
