What Causes Tightness/fullness With Palpable Bumps In Left Side Of Neck
For about 4 months now I have had palpable bumps in the left side of my neck, presumably lymph nodes. I had a sonogram done about 6 weeks ago, and the results indicated that the nodes are not abnormally large -- approximately .3 cm - .5 cm each. However, I can feel them if I press in the right location. Further, I have a feeling of tightness/fullness/constriction on the left side of my neck that has persisted now for nearly 3 months. I have seen a number of ENTs and they do not seem to be particularly concerned at this point. When I mentioned the strange neck feeling, the ENT seemed to think there was little or no connection to lymph nodes. If you have any suggestions, I d be interested to hear what they are.
Would like to know about the age of the patient... is there any matting.......could be tubercular.......was fnac done if not than can be undertaken.....are there nodes anywhere else in the body........is the look of neck as of a bull......to r/o lymphomas....would like to clinically palpate the nodes and then get your FNAC done.
