What Causes Tightness In Abdomen And Neck Along With Breathlessness?

I m not sure of all the symptoms since I m asking for a friend. When I talked with her today, she mentioned feeling like her whole insides were twisting tightly from her abdomen to her neck. Tightening at the neck area so much that she felt she wouldn t be able to breathe. She s had tests run, but everything comes back normal . She s wondering if there could possibly be nerve problems in her neck or spinal area?? No, since I m not sure of all the needed information, I don t want to proceed.
