What Causes Tightness In Chest Along With Mild Pain In Abdomen?

I have three questions: 1. In the past month, I have developed a string of acne spotts from my waist up to my mid back along my spine. I did not go through acne very much at any time in my life. Kind of crazy. It doesn t seem to be related to sweating....and I haven t changed anything.... 2. I have had breast cancer (2011-2012), and finished treatments, and have been okay for a couple of years, but now I am having a tightness and pain in my chest and a bit of fluid that comes up from my lungs sometimes. Of course, I worry that it is lung cancer.....or maybe congestive heart or lung failure (I am overweight by about 60 pounds or more- and I am 63.) 3. I have had a pain in my side - dull- for a few months now. They are trying to find the cause with endoscopy and ultrasound...and now maybe a CT scan will be done soon. It feels like when my gall bladder hurt a few years ago (removed but was found not to be a bad one- just a stone or two was allegellatl).
