What Causes Tightness In Chest And Shortness Of Breath While On Fruta Planta?

Hi, recently I have been taking a diet pill Fruta Planta for two days. However, recently I discovered that this pill may contain harmful substances in it that can cause things like a stroke or a heart attack. Since taking the pills, I have been feeling tightness in the chest and shortness of breath. I plan to discontinue using these pills because they are too dangerous. Can the symptoms that I am having be signs of a heart attack? Also, if I take aspirins for the discomfort in the chest that I am feeling will this be safe with the fruta planta still in my system?
