What Causes Tightness In Chest Post Intake Of Foods Like Wheat And Dairy?

Yes, thank you. For quite some time now I have been getting a tightness in my chest when I eat certain foods. Mainly wheat products, meat and dairy. I gave up the wheat and dairy but have a hard time giving up the wheat products. I asked my doctor about this and she had no answer for me about why I get this.

You gave up wheat, hard time to give up meat or wheat? Pl. clear your expression.

Heavy foods sometimes create pressure on arteriosclerosed vessels for proper supply of blood to heart muscles due to construction. If it was a wheat allergy, it couldn't be with every kind of food you eat.

However to ascertain you have to undergo certain tests that hour GP will tell you after clinical correlation.
