Hello. Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned are look like more of an acid reflux disease. To much of acidity with gas can produce chest pain and uneasiness which will be relieved by belching.

If you have this symptoms since a year, you should visit a doctor and ask for a Longterm course of medicine at least for a month.

Tab Rabeprazole and domperdone combination is the best medicine available at present to combat reflux problem. But you need a written prescription for that.

Avoid fatty, spicy and oily food execcively. Treat constipation if have.

If symptoms recur after Longterm course of medicines then you should go for upper GI endoscopy to rule out ulcer or esophagitis.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
