What Causes Tightness In Chest?

Hi, I am a 22 year old female and for the last couple of months have experienced a tightness in my chest which gets worse when I lie down. When it first started I went to the doctors and hospital and they did blood work and xrays and everything came back fine. I'm healthy other than that and exercise 5 days a week. Please help.

Thanks,

Laura
