What Causes Tightness In Forehead And Pulsations In Bridge Of Nose?

Hi !! i feel a tightness in my forhead !!! It seems to get worse as the day goes by !!! Sometimes to the point where i cannot think straight and get very angry !! Also almost as if part of the same problem i get a pulsating in my nose "Top bridge area" "Its getting scarry" Doctors i have spoken with have no idea what this could be !!! Any advice would be appreciated!!!
