What Causes Tightness In Foreskin When Erect?
Hi, My foreskin used to be tight when i was younger but i managed to slowly pull the foreskin back and forth while with Vaseline lotion applied on my penis and the foreskin manage to pull back alright. However in recent months (i am 52 years old now), the foreskin at the mid-length of my penis started to tighten when erect. Even after i apply lotion and pull back, the foreskin tears and in fact tightenes further due to Aloe Vera (skin-repairing component) included the Vaseline lotion formulation. Why has this happened? i do not have any foreskin infection.

* As there is difficulty in retracting the foreskin to great extent, it can be considered as acute phimosis condition and the same should be corrected with the surgery of circumcision for lifetime cure and prevent secondary infection and other problems.
