What Causes Tightness In Knees After Bending It For A While?
When I keep my knee bent for too long I struggle to make it straight it's really painful! When I crouch I can't use my knee to get up! When I sleep with my knee bent I wake up stretching it out it cramps and is awful! I wake up every night in agony!Why is this?
