What Causes Tightness In Left Side Of Chest And Tinnitus In Left Ear?
Hi, I m 26 and way around 180lbs. 5 9 . For the last few months my left side of my chest is tight and I hear loud ringing noises only in my left ear. I have been going to the doctors they say I am perfectly fine, but still feel the symptoms. My family tells me it s just anxiety, but I feel that it is more than that.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tightness in left side of chest and tinnitus in left ear. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acoustic neuroma , ear infection or condition like meniere's disease , There is also possibility of heart problem like angina , although taking your age into consideration the chances of heat problem is very rare . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist first to rule out more serious problem . Doctor may order troponin t test along with complete blood profile , ECG and TMT . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem . Doctor will examine with otoscope and order CT scan to confirm the diagnosis . Tinnitus can also occur due to stress and anxiety also or due to wisdom tooth problem . For now do relaxing exercises like yoga and meditation .
