Hi, I am a 50 year old woman, who has just started going to physio and working out on a reformer for a rota cuff tear. Two days ago I worked out really hard with a tighter tension and developed tightness in the chest and neck. Today I did my regular routine at home and the same symptoms developed again, still, with a cough. Would this be exercise induced asthma? Btw have not exercised for about 12 months for other reasons, so just getting back into it. Thanking you, Maggie
