What Causes Tightness In Right Chest Radiating Towards Back?
I am having a feeling of tightness in my right chest,not pain. No sweating and it is not radiating towards back. I am 69 and taking concord a.m and clopilet for the last 10 years. Concord a.m. (bisaprolol 2.5mg and amlodipine 5mg per tablet and copilot ( clopidogerel 75 mg and aspirin 75mg per capsule). It is there only for the last two days and the tightness disappears within an hour but returns after six or eight hours.

I really appreciate concern, you are on some cardiac medicines and looking to this and the complaint of tightness of chest, it is advisable to get done the EKG and ECHO, and along with this better to have "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day" because such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity, hope this information helps, take care.
